With an XML based content storage system, a powerful WYSIWYG content editor, drag and drop document importing, comprehensive administrative control, and the facility for developers to write plug-ins to enhance both editing and server functionality Immediacy delivers advanced and extensible control.

The Immediacy Content Management System (CMS) uses the Internet Explorer browser for creating and editing content. All of the standard editing functionality is native to the browser.

Although it is fully browser based, the Immediacy CMS closely resembles a typical 'Office' application. This ensures ease-of-use and a rich editing environment.
