Our Best Practices and Delivery Methodology ensures the efficacy of our solutions by working from our own tried and tested model for best practices and delivery. This model takes elements of PRINCE2, Agile and SSADM effective for the delivery of EIM type projects. Our consultants are provided with a collective knowledge base and best practice guidelines to ensure that they provide consistently high quality business solutions.

Our methodology emphasises the importance of establishing clear objectives, defining requirements thoroughly and careful planning. Throughout the project, tasks and deliverables are user-led and iteratively delivered. The method provides a framework for participants at all levels of the project to engage synchronously. The methodology can be divided into 4 stages:

1. Project Initiation
   Establish the high-level objectives, approach, scope, roles, responsibilities and deliverables of the project.
2. Analysis and Visualisation
   Define Functional and Visual requirements to prepare for the technical design and build.
3. Technical Build and Testing
   Produce technical designs and implement them using our Feature Driven Development methodology.
4. Deployment to Live Architecture
   Put release management and build process in place; configure, stress test, security audit, monitor, maintain and support.
