Implementation & Deployment

Our Implementation & Deployment Service is aimed at customers who need to bring their unstructured data and content under the control of a Content Management System and/or Knowledge Management System or want to migrate to a new platform from one that is considered inadequate. This Service may follow on from the Requirements Analysis and Deployment Planning Service or can be initiated as a standalone service if the client prefers to perform their own requirements analysis.

Working alongside a number of vendors we have developed a proven approach for addressing these objectives. We engage in all the technical design, development, migration, infrastructure and deployment activities in order to facilitate a successful transition to a new platform. Our consultants have the expertise and deployment model that covers all the roles necessary to be able to execute a highly effective implementation at an efficient pace.
