Our Requirements Analysis & Deployment Planning Service takes the initial conception of a project and develops it into a full set of requirements, architectural design, technical specifications and roll-out procedures.

Key to a successful project is thorough planning. With our experience we can make sure that the project starts off with a solid foundation. Our deployment planning methodology covers all the necessary dimensions of a project, providing key guidelines to ensure it will be a success.

To start a project effectively we recommend creating a Project Inititaion Document (PID) that defines the high-level objectives, approach, scope, roles, responsibilities and deliverables of the project. We can then take the client through a rigorous process to define functional and visual requirements, and to prepare for the technical design and build. Please see the Methodology section for more details.

Creating a Project Initiation Document is also the best way to initiate a procurement exercise. To facilitate the procurement process further we can create the necessary PQQ and ITT documentation. The appropriate evaluation criteria and associated model can be generated and we can follow up with independent evaluation of supplier responses and recommendations.
