All of our work comes with a pre defined warranty period, we also offer our customers a broad range of customized support services taking into consideration both requirements and budgets. These services can support systems implemented by Digirati or other systems where Digirati has the required expertise and product knowledge.

Support Services

We aim to provide as much real time information as possible to our customers, in addition to being able to log issues via telephone and e-mail, we also offer a web based tracking system. This gives customers the ability to log, update and track issues through to resolution.
